The aligners are removable. You won't have to follow any restrictions on the foods you eat, because you simply take out your aligners beforehand and put them back in when you're finished. Take them out also when you brush and floss. Otherwise, they stay in all day and night, working to move your teeth into a more ideal position. You wear a set for two weeks, and then switch them out for the next set. Only one visit per six weeks is required to check up on your progress.
